James Chandler is President of Interactive Media at Innovative Multimedia Group (The IMG Studio) – a full service video production, animation, website, and mobile app development company headquartered in San Antonio. James is a pioneer in 360-degree, virtual reality video production and has developed custom mobile apps for clients including Rackspace and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. James’ team specializes in creating custom VR content for devices like the Oculus which is technology enabling never-before-seen construction visualization and medical applications. James was selected as a featured speaker at SXSW on the growing influence of social media and emerging technology.
James was Valedictorian of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s 2016 Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program. James and his ABLDP group developed the concept of “GoCodeSA”. This event was an opportunity for the tech community to come together over a 24 hour time period to analyze VIA’s data in an effort to discover ways to improve ridership in the San Antonio area. James serves on multiple boards and committees in the San Antonio area. His passion is to bring a vibrant tech industry to San Antonio.
